I want to thank your engineer for comming to us yesterday(sunday) to remove the old wasp nests from the loft. The roofers found an old nest and refused to carry on working until it had been removed. Your engineer found 3 nests and removed them all. The roofers are back today and have started to work again. Thank you for the prompt response.”

I want to congratulate you on the response time and quality of work you carried out for me today. I was petrified when I found a huge rat in my bedroom. Your rat catcher man arrived within less than an hour of me calling you, and succesfully caught the rat and promptly dispatched and removed it. He also inspected the rest of the house, where he found several droppings under my kitchen units. He promptly treated this area as well and assured me the rat infestation would be a thing of the past within the next few days. He even gave me his mobile number if I had an emergency again. Wonderful to feel safe in my home again. Thank you”
